1. Public Programs – Payment Requirements
1.1 Full payment is required at the time of booking.
2. Exclusive Programs – Payment Requirements
2.1 A purchase order and deposit of 25% of the program price is required to secure the booking.
2.2 The balance invoice will be issued 30 days prior to the program date and must be paid no later than 14 days
before the program.
3. Payment Methods (Applicable to both Public Programs & Exclusive)
3.1 Payments may be made by bank transfer or credit card.
3.2 A surcharge may apply to credit card payments.
4. Cancellations, Postponements & Transfers (Public Programs)
4.1 Cancellations will result in the fee or voucher being forfeited. Postponements and transfers to another
individual are permitted under the following terms:
4.1.1 Postponements more than 14 days before the scheduled program may be made at no charge.
4.1.2 Postponements between 14 days and 7 days of the scheduled program incur a charge of 50% of the
scheduled fee.
4.1.3 Postponements within 7 days of the scheduled program are not permitted and will result in the full fee
being forfeited.
4.1.4 A booking may be transferred to another individual up to 1 day before the program at no cost. Transfers on
the day of the program are not permitted.
5. Cancellations, Postponements & Changes to attendees (Exclusive Programs)
5.1 Cancellations more than 14 days of the scheduled program will incur a charge of 50% of the quoted fee.
5.2 Cancellations within 14 days of the scheduled program will result in the full quoted fee being charged.
5.3 Postponements more than 30 days of the scheduled program will incur a charge of 25% of the quoted fee.
5.4 Postponements between 30 days and 14 days of the scheduled program will incur a charge of 50% of the
quoted fee.
5.5 Postponements made within 14 days of the program are not permitted and will result in the full fee quoted
being charged.
5.6 Attendee lists may be amended up to 1 day before the program at no cost. Changes to attendees on the day of the
program are not permitted.
6. Ill Health Cancellations (Applicable to Public Programs)
6.1 If a participant is unable to attend due to illness or other special circumstances and notifies Murcotts prior to
the commencement of the program, the participant may transfer to an alternative date without incurring a
penalty charge.
6.2 A valid medical certificate must be provided within five (5) business days for the fee waiver to apply.
6.3 Where a medical certificate is not provided within the required timeframe, standard cancellation fees will
apply.
7. Late Attendance (Applicable to both Public Programs & Exclusive)
7.1 Participants must arrive by the nominated commencement time.
7.2 For safety reasons, participants who arrive late may be refused entry to the program if they have missed
essential safety briefings or venue compliance requirements. In such cases, the participant will be deemed to
have forfeited their booking fee or voucher.
8. Did Not Attend (DNA) (Applicable to Public Programs)
8.1 If a participant fails to attend the program without prior notice, a Did Not Attend (DNA) will be recorded.
8.2 In the case of a DNA, the full program fee will apply.
9. Wheelchair Access (Applicable to both Public Programs & Exclusive)
9.1 Participants requiring wheelchair access must advise Murcotts at the time of booking or as early as possible
prior to attending the program.
9.2 Most venues utilised by Murcotts provide wheelchair-accessible facilities or can arrange suitable access
upon request.
9.3 Murcotts will take reasonable steps to accommodate accessibility requirements; however, availability may
vary depending on venue capabilities.
