Voucher Information
Voucher Conditions
- ✓Valid for 3 years from the date of purchase.
- ✓Non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
- ✓Any difference between the voucher’s face value and the current retail price of the program being redeemed will need to be paid at the time of booking. If the face value exceeds the price, the difference will be retained as a credit. Where a voucher does not display a face value, Murcotts will confirm the original face value from its records and advise of any difference.
- ✓If a participant cancels or postpones, the voucher is forfeited unless a replacement attendee is provided.
- ✓The voucher will be forfeited if the participant does not arrive for a redeemed program or arrives after the nominated commencement time — mandatory safety briefings cannot be missed.
Redeeming Your Voucher
- 1Select a desired program date and location on our website, proceed with booking and at payment stage enter voucher number for redemption.
- 2A booking confirmation including commencement times and venue directions will be emailed on the next business day.
